General Introduction and Acceptance

77sb (referred to hereafter as "the Platform", "we", or "our") operates an online betting and casino service for Bangladeshi players. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 77sb and registered users ("you" or "member").

Account Registration and Use

• You will operate only one account — multiple accounts under the same person are prohibited.

Account Verification

77sb may at any time request identity documents, proof of address, or other documentation for account verification. Deposits, bets, or withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. If any inconsistency is found in the information you have provided, your account may be suspended or closed.

Account Security

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. 77sb will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access if you fail to report it in a timely manner.

Age Verification and Eligibility

At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. 77sb may at any time request a national ID card or other government-issued identification for age verification. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

In addition, the following individuals may not use 77sb:

• Those whose accounts have previously been closed or banned.
• Those enrolled in a self-exclusion program.
• Those for whom online gaming is prohibited by applicable law in their personal circumstances.
• Employees of 77sb and their immediate family members.

Deposits and Withdrawals

77sb supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.). All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Use only a payment account registered in your own name for deposits.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• 77sb reserves the right to cancel a transaction if incorrect information is provided at the time of deposit.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal funds are generally sent within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified account and via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.
• 77sb reserves the right to temporarily hold and review withdrawals in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

77sb offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus is granted under specific terms, and failure to meet those terms may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,000 — total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳47,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after completing the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• The time limit for using a bonus will be specified individually for each offer.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in the closure of all accounts involved.
• 77sb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

VIP Program

77sb's VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

The criteria for advancing to a higher tier are determined at the platform's discretion. VIP benefits are subject to change.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets or playing games on 77sb:

General Betting Terms

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the platform cancels it due to a technical error.
• After the result of any game or event has been determined, the decision of 77sb shall be considered final.
• If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, 77sb reserves the right to void those bets.

Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows you to place bets on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Markets and odds are subject to change. Please review the details of each bet carefully before confirming.

Casino Games

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

While using 77sb, you are required to refrain from the following activities:

• Bonus abuse — such as using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly.
• Hacking, cracking, or attempting unauthorized access to another person's account.

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Behaving in an abusive or harassing manner toward other members.

Account Closure by Member
